We review your application to assess your qualifications, experience, and motivation, and how well they fit the role and MXBIO, Inc.


02 First Interview 

     (Team Interview)

The first interview evaluates your capability to perform the role, your passion and attitude, strategic thinking, and practical skills.
Duration: approx. 30 minutes


03 Second Interview 

     (Executive Interview)

For candidates who pass the first interview, we conduct an executive interview to assess your motivation, competencies, and values.
Additional documents may be requested prior to this interview.


04 Pre-employment Medical Check

We confirm your health status in relation to the role to ensure you can perform your duties without difficulty after joining.


05 Final Offer 

     & Onboarding

If the medical check confirms you are fit for work, we will proceed with the final offer and onboarding.
After new-hire orientation, you will be assigned to your team and begin your role.
